Vending packs and digital card breaking with automated PSA slab dispensing
GEMINT's October 2, 2026 terms identify J Lab Ltd. and name Clearlake Inc. as the seller of record and operator of purchases and withdrawals. They publish custody, sellback and dispute conditions. These are provider disclosures; we have not completed a purchase, cashout or shipment.
GEMINT's terms define cards as physical graded collectibles with digital representations. Title passes when allocated, and cards may be vaulted, redeemed or sold back. An unavailable vaulted card may be replaced or credited at the provider's assigned value; check the revealed grading details.
GEMINT calls its balance store credit but allows withdrawal of eligible amounts through the methods, limits and minimums shown in the app. Identity checks, tax documents and review holds may apply. Promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn; distinguish them from eligible sellback proceeds.
GEMINT's terms permit restrictions on promotional cards, including sellback eligibility, and say promotional credits can expire and cannot be withdrawn. We did not confirm a universal free-pack shipping rule. Read the individual offer before assuming a welcome prize can be shipped without additional conditions.
GEMINT shows shipping, handling and insurance fees before confirmation. Its terms allow restricted destination countries and put international duties and taxes on the collector. We did not establish a fixed US-versus-international price list, so use the quote for your actual card and address.
GEMINT publishes pack pull rates and may record ownership on a blockchain. We did not establish a complete public procedure for independently recreating an individual allocation. Ownership records and published probabilities do not alone prove draw fairness, card custody or the provider's assigned market value.
Policies checked October 9, 2026. These answers summarize public information; they do not document a completed withdrawal or shipment.
