How CardOutpost works
CardOutpost offers raw and graded card products with a vault and buyback workflow. Its FAQ makes a useful distinction between Pack Balance, which is non-refundable and not withdrawable, and eligible Earnings Balance from buybacks.
The terms also explain that displayed certificate numbers may be illustrative. A collector seeking a specific slab should check whether redemption supplies the exact pictured certificate or an equivalent card and grade. Delivery timing can differ between items already held in the vault and those requiring sourcing.
- Balance types
- Pack Balance is non-withdrawable; eligible Earnings Balance can be withdrawn.

Legitimacy, cash-out and delivery questions
Is CardOutpost legit, and what can we verify?
CardOutpost names Arcade Processing LLC in its terms and publishes detailed balance and delivery rules. These are provider disclosures, not independent company or inventory verification. The certificate substitution policy is particularly important to review before treating an image as proof of exact ownership.
Do you receive real physical cards?
Eligible products are described as real physical cards. The terms allow illustrative certificate images, so confirm the card identity, grader, grade and actual certificate you will receive. A product picture may represent an equivalent item rather than the exact slab.
Can you withdraw CardOutpost balances as cash?
Deposited Pack Balance is non-withdrawable and non-refundable under the reviewed FAQ. Eligible buyback Earnings Balance can be withdrawn through methods that depend on the deposit route, including PayPal, supported Stripe bank payouts or USDC on Base. Identity checks and country restrictions can apply.
Can you ship cards won from free packs?
The FAQ describes streak packs on days 1, 3 and 7. Selling cards from these free packs credits Pack Balance, not withdrawable Earnings Balance. That is an important difference from eligible paid-pack buybacks. Physical redemption still needs an eligible item, the shipment minimum and delivery charges confirmed.
What does delivery cost in the US versus elsewhere?
The FAQ lists up to 20 cards per package with a combined value of at least $20. Shipping is $20 per shipment, or $10 for Outpost Gold members, plus $5 for the case. Standard shipments can arrive within four weeks; eligible slabs already in the vault are described as arriving within seven days. Supported destinations follow the Shipping Policy, and the current total and timing are shown before confirmation.
What does pack verification prove—and what does it leave unverified?
The site uses fairness language and describes weighted selection, but we did not confirm a complete independently reproducible draw method in the reviewed FAQ. A published pool is useful for evaluating outcomes; it does not independently establish random selection, custody or market value.
Our verdict
CardOutpost is worth comparing if you are prepared to distinguish deposit funds from earnings and accept its fulfilment model. Read the certificate and delivery terms closely, and confirm the withdrawal method for your country before adding Pack Balance.
